DeepMode ClipMode trains a private face model so the same person shows up in photos and short video. The strength is consistency: one upload, then 90+ photo packs and 5-second clips. You can start with 3 free credits and no card. Credit packs start from $10, and a club plan starts from $50/mo. It suits people building a recurring look for dating photos, headshots, or social posts.
What you can create with ClipMode
The site says one selfie can power photos and video with the same face. Training usually finishes in about two minutes, after which the model stays in your workspace. A separate template path needs no training: pick from 90+ photo packs and 5-second video templates, upload a face, and generate.
Stills come first, then the same identity in 5-second clips. Clip Remix keeps the motion and camera from a dance, a talk, or a clip you already made, and your trained face takes the shot. The FAQ also mentions a consistency score on every image. The homepage calls results instant, in seconds.
Listed uses include virtual influencers, faceless operators, studio-style headshots, and dating or social scenes. Outfit try-on and a Halloween photoshoot also appear in the menu.
Is ClipMode free? Pricing and limits
The homepage offers 3 free credits, no card, with watermarked free outputs. You can delete your data anytime.
- Credit packs: from $10, and the site says credits never expire.
- Club: from $50/mo.
Its FAQ describes Premium at $50/month, billed $600 annually, with custom model training, faster generations, and commercial-use licensing. Credit packs can be stacked on that plan. Refunds apply to purchases from the last 7 days if no credits have been used.
Privacy and content rules
The site says reference photos are stored privately, used only for your content, and never shared or used to train shared models. Reference images are deleted after training. Model weights are kept for 30 days by default, with an option to extend. Outputs stay private to the account, and you can delete models or single results.
For non-consensual likeness or NCII, the site aims to acknowledge reports within 24 hours and remove qualifying content within 48 hours. Support email typically gets a reply within one business day. Upload only a face you have the right to use.
Verdict
Pick ClipMode if you want one trained face across stills and 5-second clips and you are uploading your own photos. Skip it if watermarked samples, or model weights that last 30 days unless you extend them, will get in the way. The 3 free credits are a short first date before the $50/mo plan.
DeepMode Alternatives
DeepMode leans on one upload for a consistent face across 90+ templates and 5-second clips, starting with 3 free credits and packs from $10. The alternatives below trade that saved look for different video, chat, or tool setups.
Animator Hub bills video by the second, since 1 credit equals 1 second, and it lets you go well past DeepMode’s 5-second clips. Renders start at 1080p and upscale to 4K, and the site says adult prompts run without content filters. Packs start at $30, with a 1,000-credit pack at $0.20 each. Free signup credits expire in 24 hours, while DeepMode credits never expire. Choose Animator Hub for private browser generations, image tools, and girlfriend chat with voice calls, not a saved face for short social clips.
If a template clip from a photo is enough, MotionGirl keeps the job small. The homepage says generation can take just 2 minutes, and one free generation comes with a new account, though the finished file stays behind a paid plan. Failed generations return Tokens, and plans do not auto-renew. Token packs need a running plan, and unpaid storage lasts only hours. MotionGirl is the better pick when you may legally animate one photo and do not want DeepMode’s credit packs from $10 or a Club plan from $50/mo.
A wider toolbox is the case for SpicyArt. It lists 30+ image and video tools, from text-to-image and image-to-video to face swap and style transfer, and it advertises 160+ hot poses. The free tier sits at 0 USD, then credits or subscription plans follow. DeepMode puts its 3 free credits toward same-face photos and 5-second clips across 90+ templates, with packs from $10. SpicyArt suits you if menu variety matters more than a private face model, and you can accept homepage ad blocks.
